Asin to miss Ready's International premier?

While the film Ready is ready for a grand premier in Dubai, the leading actress of the film Asin might not be able to join Salman Khan for the celebration. Asin, who was looking forward for the International premier of this most awaited flick, says that her passport is still stuck in the process.

Asin says that though the premier is all set to rock, she has still not lost her hope to attend it. She confirms that even if she gets her passport at the very last moment she will fly to Dubai to accompany Salman for the grand premier.

Ready is a romantic comedy flick, which is a remake of the 2008 Telugu film of the same name. The film is directed by Anees Bazmee. It stars Paresh Rawal, Arya Babbar and Mahesh Manjrekar apart from Salman and Asin. The film will also see Ajay Devgn, Sanjay Dutt, Kangana Ranaut, Zarine Khan and Arbaaz Khan in their cameo appearances.

Salman plays the role of a bindas rich guy in the film Ready, who runs away from responsibilities. Asin plays a girl who is surrounded by her greedy uncles. Both Asin and Salman fall in love with each other and finally plan to teach her uncles a lesson.

KOLLYWOOD CUTIES WHO WON OUR HEARTS WITH A SONG - THURSDAY TRIVIA

Some of the prettiest women in the country have been a part of Tamil movies and they have sent the hearts of men across the state aflutter with a flutter of suspiciously long lashes or a saucy twirl of their hips in songs choreographed with the express aim of showcasing their assets to maximum advantage. Who can forget Sridevi in Sendhura Poovae from 16 Vayathinilae or Kushboo in the Aracha Sandanam number from Chinna Thambi? Director Shankar paid a towering tribute to Aishwarya Rai’s beauty in the Adhisayam song from Jeans where her beauty if not her acting skills was declared as the eighth wonder of the world.

Most of the heroines nowadays like Asin, Anushka, Tamannah, Shriya and Kajal Agarwal have at least one song to their credit with a moony-eyed hero following them around gushing about their great beauty. But there are only four Kollywood cuties who won our hearts with a song.

Nayanthara: The babe from Kerala made an impact with films like Chandramukhi and Aiyaa. Chubby and gauche, she was still adorable. But thorough professional that she is, she lost the lard, got herself a spanking makeover and exponentially raised her oomph factor. The Engeyo Partha Mayakkam song in Yaaradi Nee Mohini with Dhanush, captured her new avatar perfectly.

Dhanush follows her around looking absolutely smitten while she runs around doing inane things but looking positively good enough to eat in a pretty white salwar. Not just the hero but every male member in the audience was mesmerized.

Trisha: The former Miss Chennai has always scored high on the cuteness quotient. But few film-makers have captured her strangely cherubic yet cheekily sexy quality the way Gautam Menon did in VTV. The Hosanna track as well as the Anbil Avan number had the camera following her around worshipfully, while she looked her adorable best in elegant saris and flowing skirts. Little wonder that Karthik (played to perfection by Simbhu) fell head over heels in love with her despite her being so crazy.

Sameera Reddy: It is no secret that the men in these parts have a thing for women from Bollywood. But even so, very few North Indian imports have achieved what Sameera Reddy did with a single song in Vaaranam Aayiram. The soulful Nenjukul Peidhidum Maamazhai composed by Suriya on the spot in a flash of inspiration when he sees her in a train enumerates her attributes in the most poetic way imaginable.

The newly ordained lover fantasizes about his girl who is draped in a gorgeous green sari and looking like a vision. Sameera Reddy portrayed the sari-clad beauty like never before and won herself a legion of fans.

Anuya: The Siva Manasula Sakthi hottie made strutting around in hot pants and cute little tops an art form. Jiiva croons Eppadiyo Maatikitten dazedly and we can totally understand his irresistible attraction for her despite their tendency to irritate the hell out of each other

Kangana Ranaut angry with Asin!

It looks like catfight will never stop in Bollywood owing to cut-throat competition among the young actresses. But this time, it’s not competition but ‘foul mouth’ that has made Kangana Ranaut and Asin Thotumkal sworn enemies. It is said that the former is angry with the latter for spreading false stories about her and actor Salman Khan.

Rumours are doing the rounds that Kangana and Salman are more than just good friends. And Kangana thinks that Asin, who is also close to the actor, is responsible for spreading false stories about them. She thinks that the Ready heroine is trying to break their friendship by creating her own imaginative stories.

Well, we don’t know if Kangana’s allegations are true but the fact is that she has been bonding with Salman like never before. She can’t deny that!

Asin says that she is not in love with Salman Khan

There are lots of rumors in Bollywood that Asin and Salman Khan are in deep love. Both of them have paired in London Dreams and Ready. When asked Asin about these continuous rumors, she said, " There are lots of rumors that we both are in love and that we are going to get married soon.

Apart from this there are also rumors that he is recommending me for getting heroine roles. My age is half of Salman Khan. I don’t know whether to laugh or cry seeing these rumors. I have a family and people who spread these rumors should understand that they are hurting the feelings of my family members.
I will get married to a South Indian and my marriage will not be held clandestinely. I will make my marriage known to everyone. I had already acted with Salman Khan and Aamir Khan. Now I have been signed to pair with Sharukh Khan in the Hindi film titled Two States."
